Dave Cavalier began his career when he opened Acadiana Hearing Center in 1990. After three years of fitting hearing aids as a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, he began to pursue a degree in Audiology. Dave completed his Master’s Degree in Audiology from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May 1995. While at ULL, he was named Outstanding Graduate Student in Audiology. Upon completion of his degree, he returned to his practice in New Iberia where he continued helping people hear as a Clinical Audiologist.
He now practices at both Acadiana Hearing Center and ENT of Acadiana, where he provides clinical services. Dave holds his Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language Hearing Association, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member of the Louisiana Speech and Hearing Association.
Dave has had extensive academic training with over twenty years of practical experience, and is committed to providing the most current, state-of-the-art hearing care.
