In addition, Lynn was able to check my health insurance policy and find out what was covered and handled that aspect. And after everything it is just so nice to be able to hear things normally again! During these crazy days of Covid19 I was able to make an appointment for my first hearing aid fit. Cleanliness wasn’t a concern as the office was spotless. I was greeted at the door wearing my requested mask as were the staff members. Everyone was very attentive to any need. I have now made my 3rd visit and Dave Cavalier’s knowledge of his products are exceptional. His unbelievable attention to detail of the settings of the devices are unremarkable.

Mine was a return visit for a long due hearing exam and exploration of newer hearing aids. As usual written and verbal communications were direct and clear. On the visit, Dave laid out my audiology history and showed how recent hardware developments could improve my hearing. The new aids came in by the promised date and worked quite well during the first two weeks of the trial period. My concern that the hearing level I received was on the level others heard was checked out by a return visit to the hearing booth. Three related items: (1) I hope the new aids are as tough as the old ones which survived several days outside our son’s Chicago home where I dropped one of them, and a rainy night under a satsuma tree. (2) I tell my wife she is now noisier in the kitchen. (3) Now I hear the birds singing.

About 6 years ago I could not take having to repeat everything three times to my hubby so made him an appointment for hearing test. Sure enough he needed hearing aids both ears. Dr. Dave fitted him for his hearing aids and took great care of him. Lynn, Dr Dave’s wife, also is courteous and professional and helps with any other needs. It is wonderful being able to have a conversation and no need to repeat! Would give 5 stars but pricey if you have Medicare. Thanks y’all!
